Refunds
Every table is planned for exactly six people and every shop order is made fresh for you, so please read this before you book.
Supper club seats
Once a seat is confirmed and paid for, there are no refunds whatsoever. This includes cancellations, no-shows and arriving late. You may pass your seat to a friend if you tell me at least 72 hours before the table. I will have a short chat with them first.
If I cancel or move a table
If I have to cancel or reschedule, you choose between a full refund or a seat at a future table.
Little shop orders
Everything is made fresh to your order, so there are no refunds once I have confirmed it. If something arrives damaged, send me a photo within 24 hours and I will make it right.
